AREA OF OPERATION

Poor urban and rural areas of Lahore city. The areas can be extended to all over Pakistan in special case subject to the approval of the executive body.

AIMS AND OBJECTS

1.    To establish free dispensary hospitals and mother care centers.

2.    To establish care and rehabilitation centers for addict people.

3.    To educate against the injurious effects of Narcotics.

4.    To help in order to provide sources for higher education.

5.     To approach the Government and non government institutions to get solved to problems of Health & Education.

6.    To use electronic and print media for the promotion of the causes of the Society.

7.    To arrange seminars and shows to achieve the objects of the Society.

8.    To do any act for the achievement of the aims of the society.

9.    To open, establish, run or set up for the welfare of Disabled persons, welfare of Handicapped Persons, Patients Welfare, Welfare of old aged Persons, Welfare of neglected persons, Welfare of Deserving Persons anywhere in Pakistan

10.  To create and develop Health Centers for Neglected / Needy Person, orphans, widows, disabled person’s moral values and desirable attitudes and habits, so as to enable them to become well adjusted citizens, capable of securing their own welfare and making the maximum contribution towards the betterment of society.

11.  To work for social uplift and welfare of the needy persons regarding Education.

12.  To establish clinics / dispensaries and Schools especially for deserving and needy Persons.

13.  To provide Specialization medical services to the general public and to manage, Administer, Own and to run, Clinics including dispensary and health Centers for indoor / outdoor Patients and specialized consultation and services and other general advices centers under the plate form of Foundation.

14. To do all such other Lawful acts and things as may be necessary and conductive for the attainment of the above said objects of the society including rising of funds acquisition of Properties.

15. The AL-MUJAHID FOUNDATION focuses on a small number of specific development problems by forming intellectual and financial partnerships with organizations sharing its objectives. Most Foundation grants are made to grassroots organizations testing innovative approaches in the field. With a small staff, a host of cooperating agencies and thousands of volunteers, the Foundation reaches out to vulnerable populations on four continents, irrespective of their race, religion, political persuasion or gender.

16. AL-MUJAHID FOUNDATION can improve and sustaining health, education and welfare services for the poor by creating partnerships involving government, business and citizen organizations. 

17.  AL-MUJAHID FOUNDATION education programs cover a wide spectrum of activities ranging lead organizations in education, but all institutions are involved in some form of training or education, whether it is through curriculum reform or literacy programs.

18. AL-MUJAHID FOUNDATION Focus Humanitarian Assistance is an international group of agencies established in Europe, North America and South Asia to complement the provision of emergency relief, principally in the developing world. It helps people in need reduce their dependence on humanitarian aid and facilitates their transition to sustainable self-reliant, long-term development.

                                              Lahore.

MEMBERSHIP:-

1.  Any adult male / female can get membership of the Foundation if he/she is major and sane and bears the good moral character.

2.  He/ She fully agreed to the objectives and the constitution of the Foundation.

3.  A member will have to pay membership fee and subscription fee as well, to be fixed by Foundation from time to time.

DISQUALIFICATION FROM MEMBERSHIP:-

A MEMBER SHALL CEASE TO BE THE MEMBER OF “Foundation” IN CASE OF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:-

1.    By Death

2.    By resignation in writing addressed to the chairman.

3.    By the becoming insane.

4.    For not attending the three consecutive meetings.

5.    If he fails to pay the subscription fee for three consecutive months.

6.  If he commits evil and immoral activities or works against the interest of the Foundation.
